MOVIX is an owner-operated moving and clearance business based in Frechen, serving the Rhein-Erft district, Cologne and, by arrangement, locations within roughly 50 kilometres. Led by civil engineer Soroush Rezaei, the company works with private households, property managers and businesses, offering a single point of contact from the initial survey through completion.

Its services include local and regional household and office moves, furniture assembly, transport of individual items, and clearances of cellars, attics, garages, homes, offices and commercial premises. MOVIX also handles estate and household clearances, with transparent credit for valuables, as well as post-clearance or renovation cleaning. Work is completed with a broom-clean handover, and disposal documentation or photo records can be provided when requested.

Customers can arrange a free, non-binding site visit or submit photos for an estimate. MOVIX provides a written fixed price before work begins and says the agreed amount will not change unless the customer expands the job.
