My Pet is a pet shop serving Istra and the Moscow region, offering food and care products for cats and dogs through its website and Telegram ordering. The store helps customers choose food based on a pet’s breed, age, dietary needs, ingredients, and allergies. Shoppers can ask Pet Advisor, an AI assistant that provides product suggestions with explanations, or browse and filter the catalogue themselves.

The service is designed to make repeat purchases simpler, with saved addresses and favourite products for convenient home delivery. Customers can also set up recurring deliveries to receive their preferred food on a chosen schedule and access subscription discounts. Delivery plans and product selections can be changed or cancelled at any time.

My Pet describes safeguards for its AI guidance: conversations are reviewed weekly by a veterinary partner, and a four-level assessment is used to identify responses requiring correction. The brand also states that customer personal data is stored on Russian servers and identifying details are replaced before information is sent to AI models.
