The Central Hungarian Regional Association of People with Mobility Disabilities is a membership organization representing people with physical disabilities and supporting their participation in community life. Founded through the growth of local disability groups, it traces its roots to an association established in Vác in 1979. Today, it has around 1,500 members and 12 active local groups, and works with municipalities, social institutions, and national advocacy organizations.

Its activities focus on practical support, independent living, and representing the interests of people with disabilities. The association operates a Support Service, established in 1996 to help people access transport and other assistance, and the Diadalív Supported Residence in Vác, which provides a home for 14 people with significant mobility disabilities. Its work promotes residents’ autonomy and self-determination. The organization has also arranged assistive-device demonstrations and lending, employment opportunities, and community activities for people with disabilities and their families. Based at Rákóczi út 36 in Vác, it relies on public grants, donations, and community support to sustain its services and improve its facilities.
