About MozYouth Foundation
MozYouth is a youth development program in Mozambique dedicated to providing the youth with valuable work experience and skills to benefit their communities. Through internships, MozYouth offers opportunities for young individuals to gain practical knowledge and contribute to the local workforce. The program operates by connecting interns with partner companies, where they undergo training in workplace readiness, soft skills, and health and safety.
Interns receive a stipend from both MozYouth and the partner companies during their 3-6 month placement. Following the completion of the internship, graduates have the flexibility to continue their employment with the company, seek further opportunities in the workforce, or even start their own ventures using the skills acquired. MozYouth aims to equip the Mozambican youth with the tools for success, fostering a brighter future for both the individuals and the nation as a whole.
