Mill Park Boomers Basketball Club is a community basketball club serving Mill Park and surrounding areas in Victoria. Proudly affiliated with the Whittlesea City Basketball Association, the club has supported local basketball since 1992, welcoming players from under-8s through under-20s. Its focus is on developing local talent while making basketball an enjoyable way for young people to build fitness and friendships. The club fields more than 15 junior teams and has over 150 active players, with domestic games held on Saturdays.
For younger children, the Boomers offer a development program for ages 4 to 10. Sessions run every Tuesday from 4:15 to 5:00 p.m. at RMIT Sports Centre in Bundoora, and are open to beginners, with no prior experience required. The program costs $70 per child. The club also shares season registration details, fixtures and results through PlayHQ, and provides access to a uniform purchasing portal. Families can find training information, policies, club news and contact details online.
