About NATO Military Police Centre of Excellence
The NATO Military Police Centre of Excellence (MP COE) is a leading brand in the field of military police and gendarmerie interoperability. Located in Bydgoszcz, Poland, the MP COE is an independent international military organization open to all NATO and PfP countries. As a Centre of Excellence (COE), it operates under the direction of a Steering Committee and focuses on enhancing NATO's capabilities and interoperability through the development of new doctrines, concepts, and training programs.
The MP COE's core areas of expertise include doctrine and concept development, education and training, research and development, analysis and lessons learned, and consultation. It maintains close relationships with other NATO entities, SCs, agencies, and schools, working together to improve the MP capabilities and support military transformation.
