Mpls Lakers Bball is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing traveling basketball programs for boys and girls in 4th-8th grade who live in Minneapolis or attend school there. As a sanctioned program by MYAS (Minnesota Youth Athletic Services), our goal is to help develop the skills of young basketball players while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. Governed by a volunteer board, we ensure that our program provides skill appropriate experiences for boys and girls alike.

In addition to our basketball programs, Mpls Lakers offers a range of opportunities to engage with the community. Youth Nights allow families and players to watch local high school basketball games, where former Mpls Lakers players compete against each other. By wearing Mpls Lakers gear, attendees can even get in for free.
