MRE

The Moroccan Department of Migration and Expatriates (MRE) serves as a vital link between Morocco and its citizens living abroad. With a strong focus on empowering the diaspora, the department offers a variety of programs aimed at mobilizing skills, fostering identity reinforcement, and providing social support to Moroccan expatriates. Recognizing the unique needs of Moroccans overseas, the department has established initiatives designed to facilitate engagement and investment back home, promoting economic opportunities through the new Investment Charter.

In addition, MRE provides a comprehensive suite of e-services that streamline administrative tasks for citizens abroad, ensuring easy access to consular services and legal resources. The department also emphasizes cultural and educational programs that connect younger members of the diaspora with their Moroccan roots. With an unwavering commitment to supporting its community, MRE not only enhances the lives of Moroccans outside the country but also encourages robust collaboration between them and their homeland for a more inclusive national development.
