MRKL is an online property auction platform operated by MR Közösségi Lakásalap Közhasznú NKFT, based in Budapest, Hungary. It helps visitors explore and bid on properties offered for sale through auctions across the country. Listings include houses, apartments and plots of land, with properties available in towns and villages nationwide and at a range of starting prices.

The website highlights selected auctions, recently launched and soon-to-close listings, popular properties, price reductions and homes offered for less than 500,000 forints. Each listing provides details such as the property’s location, auction reference number, current bid value and time remaining, alongside an option to place a bid. Visitors can browse all auctions, view upcoming sales, search by category or use map-based and advanced search tools.

Registered users can sign in, save favorites and manage their accounts. For those unfamiliar with the process, MRKL also offers a short introductory video explaining how its property auctions work
