MRRORS, formerly known as Migrant-Rights.org, is a dedicated organization established in 2007, focused on advancing the rights of migrant workers in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Through robust research, documentation, and advocacy, MRRORS seeks to expose systemic abuses faced by nearly 50% of the GCC population who are migrant workers. These individuals, often employed in low-income positions across various sectors such as construction, agriculture, and domestic work, face significant legal and social vulnerabilities, including exploitative labor practices and restrictions on mobility.

MRRORS aims to transform the narrative surrounding migration by using evidence-based journalism and legal analysis to highlight the realities of migrant workers' experiences. The organization advocates for reform in discriminatory employment laws and promotes solutions-based initiatives to improve working conditions.
