Mrs T's

Mrs T’s Tutes is a face-to-face maths tutoring service based in Avalon Beach, New South Wales, offering small-group learning for students from primary school through Year 12 and the HSC. Its approach combines clear, instructive teaching with creative, hands-on activities, helping children build confidence and develop a genuine understanding of maths. Rather than relying on worksheets, sessions use games, puzzles, coding and robotics to make learning engaging and memorable.

For primary students aged 6–12, lessons nurture curiosity and confidence through practical activities. High school sessions are aligned with the curriculum and what each student is currently studying, with exam intensives available for older students. The small-group format offers expert attention alongside the motivation of learning with peers. The team includes former teachers and educators familiar with the syllabus, and the service is recommended and used by local teachers.

Located at Unit 1, 40 Avalon Parade, Mrs T’s Tutes is within walking distance of Barrenjoey, Avalon Public and Maria Regina schools, with a bus stop outside.
