MRS Vyškov

MRS, z. s. branch association Vyškov is a Czech angling organization established in 1923 to support fishing in rivers and still waters. Today, its members help care for local fisheries and aquatic environments across the Vyškov area. The association manages and stocks fishing waters, maintains and improves sites, and shares information about fishing rules and local conditions. Its work has included improvements to the Velký Kačenec reservoir, restoration of Malý Kačenec, and cleaning of a fire reservoir in Vítovice. Fish stocked in local waters include grayling, nase and burbot.

The association provides information about fishing permits, including sales and prices, and publishes details of its fishing grounds, regulations and relevant documents. It also organizes activities such as work parties, competitions and camps, and offers training for new members and educational resources. With a substantial membership that includes young people, the Vyškov branch combines recreational angling with practical stewardship of local waters.
