Anne Rowland, trading as Mrs Wing Silver, is a Derbyshire-based silversmith and jeweller creating individual, handcrafted silver pieces. Drawing on experience with both modern and traditional jewellery-making techniques, Anne designs and makes bespoke jewellery using contemporary methods as well as lost-wax casting, in which a detailed wax model is used to create a mould for casting solid silver.

The collection includes earrings, necklaces, pendants, bangles and collars. Designs range from nature-inspired motifs, such as oak and ivy leaves, seashells and holly, to individually textured or plain pieces. Selected jewellery incorporates semi-precious gemstones or pearls, and Anne also uses enamelling to create distinctive finishes. Pieces are made from 92.5% sterling silver or, for enamelled work, 99.9% fine silver; all comply with hallmarking requirements, with hallmarking undertaken by the Birmingham Assay Office.

Many pieces are made to commission. Customers are welcome to discuss a custom design, a special occasion, or a variation on a favourite piece.
