Monnet-Sève Sougy

MS BOIS is a French timber group specializing in the processing of domestic softwoods, including Douglas fir, pine, and spruce. Founded as a family business in 1927 and formerly known as Monnet-Sève Sougy, it brings nearly a century of experience in primary and secondary wood processing. The group serves construction professionals, timber merchants, industry, public authorities, architects, and export customers through five industrial sites and two glulam factories located near France’s major forest regions.

Its construction range includes structural timber, framing timber, glued laminated timber, reconstituted solid timber, and other wood components. For outdoor spaces, MS BOIS offers decking, cladding, pergolas, carports, garden sheds, planters, and composters through its Mon Petit Potager and Mon Chalet de Jardin brands. The group also produces premium pellets and supplies sawdust, wood chips, bark, and other co-products for energy applications. MS BOIS highlights sustainable forest management, circular use of materials, and short supply chains, with PEFC, CE, and Bois de France certifications. It provides logistics across France and internationally.
