Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University (MSCB University), formerly North Orissa University, is a public affiliating university in Baripada, Mayurbhanj district, Odisha. Established by the Government of Odisha under the Odisha University Act, it became operational in 1999 on a campus at Takatpur. The University is recognized by the University Grants Commission under Sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act and is accredited with an A grade by NAAC.
