Unclaimed brand
Since the early 1960's, women have worked hard to climb the corporate ladder. Their roles have merged from homemaker/custodian to executive CEO's of Fortune 500 companies. Their enduring strength and determination have provided an outlet for women to excel in the workplace. A woman's evolution into the mainstream corporate world has led to the renaissance of the Ms. Corporate America Competition (MCA). The MCA Competition is the only unique “pageantry” system that empowers professional women across America. The next live competition will take place Saturday, June 21, 2025 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, FL. The MCA Competition is designed to recognize and honor professional achievements and community service contributions of dynamic women in the Americas. Whether a corporate executive or entrepreneur, we are committed to putting the spotlight on remarkable businesswomen! In the weekend long event, we herald the accomplishments of all the women competing for the chance to earn the coveted crown, while providing a forum to build an extended network of like-minded individuals. As a national competition, MCA also provides sponsors and candidates with the perfect platform to promote their business, product, or service. To find out more about MCA and how to participate as a contestant, visit www.MsCorporateAmerica.com.

The Ms. Corporate America Organization (MCA) is a nationally recognized leadership platform founded in 2008 to recognize, develop, and amplify accomplished women. Its community includes professionals, business owners, executives, and leaders who aim to grow their influence, strengthen their brands, and make a positive impact in their communities. MCA describes its competitions as leadership experiences rather than beauty pageants, celebrating participants’ achievements, expertise, and service.
Women aged 25 to 65 can apply to their state programs. Accepted participants receive city titles and take part in coaching, leadership development, life coaching, media readiness, public speaking, brand positioning, and community engagement. State competitions select queens who advance to the annual national competition and may represent MCA as ambassadors. The organization also offers professional development workshops, networking opportunities, community service outreach, and leadership retreats. Its programs include Ms. Corporate America and Ms. Mompreneur, alongside ambassador, sponsorship, membership, and volunteer opportunities. Through competitions and year-round engagement, MCA provides a platform for women to share their experience, expand professional connections, increase visibility, and lead with purpose and excellence.
