MSD Animal Health is a leading brand in the field of animal health. They offer a wide range of pharmaceutical veterinary products, vaccines, solutions, and health management services for professionals in animal healthcare, farmers, pet owners, and governments. Their main focus is on preserving and improving the health, well-being, and performance of animals.

One of their key areas of expertise is mastitis, an inflammation of the mammary tissue in animals, particularly cows. Mastitis is often caused by pathogenic bacteria entering the udder through the teat canal. Cows with mastitis produce less milk, have difficulty conceiving, and are more prone to premature culling.

As mastitis significantly affects milk production and profitability, addressing this issue is critical for dairy farmers. MSD Animal Health provides a comprehensive mastitis control program that includes selective treatment during the dry period, helping farmers keep mammary infections under control. They also offer educational resources and products to aid in the prevention and control of mastitis.

By choosing MSD Animal Health, you can ensure the well-being of your livestock and protect your business from the negative impacts of mastitis. Connect with MSD Animal Health today to find out more about how they can help you safeguard your animals
