MSFDN

MSFDN, the Michael Streete Foundation, supports young people facing poverty, inequality and limited opportunities, helping them develop personally, professionally and creatively. Inspired by music, fashion, media and other creative industries, the foundation champions diverse talent and connects individuals’ interests and strengths with practical learning, career development and wellbeing support. Its programmes serve both individuals and employers, with training designed to help learners enter or progress in work and businesses build skilled teams.

For individuals, MSFDN offers Skills Bootcamps, including a Level 3 Digital Marketing Bootcamp, and apprenticeships lasting 8 to 24 months. Apprenticeship subjects include multi-channel marketing, content creation, broadcast and media, business analysis and data analysis. Its Discovery Programme provides personalised development pathways, opportunities to explore skills and interests, and support from industry professionals and mentors.

For employers, MSFDN provides short, practical Bootcamps and tailored apprenticeships to upskill existing staff or prepare new recruits. The foundation also offers access to candidate profiles and industry-relevant skills development, with programmes described as eligible for Department for Education or ESFA funding, subject to programme terms.
