MSH LORRAINE

MSH Lorraine, the Maison des Sciences sociales et des Humanités Lorraine, supports innovative, interdisciplinary research in the humanities and social sciences. Working with research laboratories, partner institutions and the national network of Maisons des Sciences de l’Homme, it provides services, expertise and platforms that help research projects develop and reach wider audiences. Its work focuses on interdisciplinary collaboration, technological and methodological innovation, open science and internationalisation.

Researchers can access digital and research-support platforms including Écho, CENHTOR, Numérilab and TACTEO, alongside guidance on research data management and open access publishing. MSH Lorraine also encourages participatory and partnership-based research, scientific mediation, and the sharing of research resources. Its activities include seminars, scientific programmes, project calls and the Série MSH Lorraine publishing collection. It supports journals such as Data & Corpus and ThéoRèmes, and contributes to projects that promote research archives and public engagement.

The organisation operates across sites in Nancy and Metz, and offers facilities including rooms for reservation, alongside information and support for the research community.
