Ms Teachalot

Ms Teachalot provides one-on-one online math and statistics tutoring to students across Canada, from junior high through first-year university. Led by Sara Young, a certified Canadian teacher, the service draws on tutoring experience dating to 1997 and more than 30,000 hours of instruction. Sara holds a B.Ed., an M.S.V. from the University of Dalhousie, and a B.Sc. with an Advanced Major in Statistics from Dalhousie University.

Tutoring is tailored to each student’s needs, whether they are catching up after a gap, struggling with falling grades, preparing for a demanding course, or aiming to strengthen already solid skills. Specialist support is available in calculus and university statistics, alongside broader math help. Sessions focus on clear explanations, targeted practice, independent problem-solving, and exam confidence.

Students and families can begin with a free, no-obligation introductory call to discuss the student’s goals and determine whether the service is a good fit. Tutoring takes place online, making support available throughout Canada.
