About Making The Difference
Making The Difference (MTD) Charitable Trust, established in 2015, is an Indian non-profit organization founded by Mr. Deepak Vishwakarma, aiming to make a positive impact on the lives of the underprivileged, especially children. MTD operates various projects like Project Lajja, Kill Hunger, BloodDoNation, and GyanDaan to provide menstrual awareness, nutrition, healthcare, education, and environmental care.
The vision of MTD is a future where NGOs are no longer needed, breaking the cycle of poverty and social isolation. By planting trees, cleaning beaches, and promoting waste management, MTD is dedicated to preserving the environment. With branches in 9 cities, MTD has impacted over 17,000 lives, planted 20,000+ trees, and educated 400+ children.
