MTF Taekwondo is a martial arts and fitness school serving students of different ages and experience levels. Its programs combine Taekwondo training with physical development, focus, confidence, discipline, respect, and character education. Classes are available for Baby Tigers aged 3–4, Little Tigers aged 5–6, juniors aged 7–12, adults and teens, and families who want to train together.
Younger students practise listening, coordination, movement skills, confidence, and positive habits in a supportive environment. Junior classes include self-defense, social skills, physical development, and Taekwondo philosophy, while adult and teen sessions focus on strength, self-discipline, stress relief, and full-body exercise. Family classes encourage shared goals, mutual support, respect, and progress through belt training.
The school is led by Master Jiheon An, also known as Jason, a fifth-degree black belt with more than 15 years of teaching experience. He has trained over 10 Australian national representatives and has coached the Australian national team. MTF Taekwondo is located in Truganina, Victoria, and offers a one-week free trial.
