MTOP - More Than One Perspective is a social enterprise based in Austria. We believe in the power of diversity, second chances, and fostering an inclusive workforce. Our mission is to connect refugees and third-country nationals (MTOP Associates) with suitable companies in Austria.

Through our MTOP Associate Program, we provide workshops and individual coaching to guide MTOP Associates on their journey into the Austrian job market. We also facilitate the placement of MTOP Associates as qualified employees in partnering companies through MTOP Connect. Additionally, we design training programs and personal development initiatives with a focus on diversity and inclusion through MTOP Experience.

Our Associates are the participants in the MTOP Associate Program, and they have benefited greatly from our support. They have attended workshops, received personal mentorship, developed their skills through coaching sessions, and built valuable networks. Thanks to MTOP, Associates have successfully found employment, gained knowledge about resume writing and the Austrian application process, and developed the confidence to navigate the job market independently.

MTOP is an impact venture under the brand wirkt., working alongside social ventures such as Culture School, LANA, and Learning Circle to promote social innovation and equal opportunities. We are a young and dynamic social enterprise committed to bringing together individuals with refugee and migration experiences and qualified backgrounds with suitable companies in the Austrian job market. Our goal is to promote integration, train leaders to embrace diversity, and create a more equal job market. Over the past three years, we have carefully selected and prepared 235 highly skilled refugees for employment.

The MTOP Associate Program, spanning six months, offers a variety of workshops, training sessions, coaching, and mentoring opportunities. Our impact is far-reaching, with approximately 70% of our MTOP alumni successfully entering the Austrian job market. This achievement is due to the dedication of our 80 partner companies who consciously provide promising talents in business, technology, and IT with the opportunity to continue their professional careers in Austria.
