Matt Moore

Matt Moore is an independent design leader and product builder focused on AI-native products for the physical world. With 15 years of experience at the intersection of software and physical spaces, his work spans healthcare, mobility, hospitality, logistics, and marketplaces, including roles at WeWork, Uber, Lime, and Sonder. He brings product ideas from concept to launch, combining design leadership with hands-on development.

As cofounder of Vital, Moore designed and implemented Clara, a 24/7 AI healthcare companion that offered families pediatric guidance and connected them with doctors when needed. His work included the iOS app, brand, design system, and the prompts and memory architecture behind the product. At Lime, he led design across the rider app, electric scooters and bikes, vehicle interfaces, and operations tools. At Sonder, his team created guest and operator apps alongside a unified experience for physical spaces. At Uber Freight, he built a carrier app for truck drivers to find, book, and manage loads, while at Uber he led Driver and International Growth design and helped launch UberX.
