Muda Minha História is a free employment platform created to connect job seekers across Mozambique with people and organizations offering work opportunities. Inspired by the founder Gabriel Júnior’s earlier project, Meu Primeiro Emprego, the platform aims to help young Mozambicans access opportunities and build a path into the job market. Candidates can explore vacancies by category and location, create an account, submit their details and documents, and follow updates on their applications.

The site features more than 100 categories and opportunities across Mozambique’s 11 provinces, with listings in fields including health, construction, hospitality, technology, administration, agriculture, transport, sales, and domestic services. Current vacancies range from tailoring and housekeeping to healthcare, design, and sales roles. Employers and other job providers can publish vacancies to reach candidates.

The platform also promotes a Grande Sorteio, broadcast live, and says selected candidates will be contacted by its team and connected directly with the job provider. Its central aim is to make the search and application process straightforward and bring talent closer to employment
