Grupo Iprom is a specialist piano transport company based in Barcelona, serving customers across Catalonia and beyond. Established in 1985, the company reports more than 20,000 piano moves and offers a 24-hour service throughout the year. Its experienced, trained team transports upright, grand and concert pianos, using protective packing, specialist equipment and careful handling to help ensure each instrument arrives safely.
Services can include moving pianos through stairwells or using an elevating platform or crane when access is difficult. The company also provides disassembly and reassembly for grand pianos, and can arrange specialist handling for narrow staircases. Transport includes insurance and post-move piano tuning, scheduled after the instrument has acclimatised.
Additional services include piano storage in a secure facility, with the first month free when booked alongside transport. Group Iprom is a member of Spain’s Federation of Moving Companies (FEDEM) and says it holds the required transport authorisations. Customers can request a tailored quote by phone, WhatsApp or through the website
