About Mujeres Ingenieras de Chile
Mujeres Ingenieras de Chile is a nonprofit Foundation that aims to break down barriers and challenge the myths surrounding women in engineering. Our goal is to attract more girls and teenagers to the wonderful and challenging world of engineering. We also work to support and empower female engineering students and professionals in achieving their career objectives and reducing the gender gap.
We provide support to universities in their efforts to support female engineering students, as well as to companies and institutions in promoting equity and work-life balance in their organizational culture. Mujeres Ingenieras brings together a community of over 2,000 women engineers, providing networking opportunities, webinars, and workshops. We have collaborated with various universities, companies, and institutions, and we continue to develop initiatives to empower and support women in engineering.
