Mums Reset

Mums Reset is an independent, founder-led wellbeing brand supporting new mothers in Epsom and South West London. Created by local mum Reva, it offers calm, baby-friendly spaces where mothers can gather, pause and focus on their own wellbeing, with babies welcome alongside them. Its activities are designed for mums rather than as classes centred on babies, helping participants feel understood, less isolated and more connected to themselves and one another.

Offerings include monthly Mums Reset gatherings featuring brunch, music and light activities, as well as the Early Days Reset Club, which meets every two weeks and uses guided conversations to encourage connection, shared experiences and supportive friendships. The five-week Mums Reset Wellbeing Programme is for mothers feeling mentally overloaded or emotionally stretched. It combines guided conversations, practical wellbeing tools and peer connection to explore stress, mental load, self-care and identity. Groups are intentionally small, with six mums, and include gentle on-site baby support and a Reset Kit.
