CIECI, founded in 2023 in Sincelejo, is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education, culture, and research. Under the leadership of PhD candidate Ronald Ordoñez López, CIECI aims to enhance community engagement through various cultural programs. One of its signature initiatives is the "Tejiendo Historias" cultural program, which invites participation in storytelling and creativity.

In addition to educational projects, CIECI actively recognizes significant contributions to society, exemplified by events such as "Mujeres Destacadas del Tolima," celebrating influential women in the region. Their commitment to literature is further highlighted through initiatives like "Tolima Cuna de Escritores," offering writers a platform for expression and development.
