Música Creativa

Música Creativa is a music education and cultural organization based in Madrid’s Malasaña neighborhood. Founded in 1985, it has more than four decades of experience teaching students of different ages and skill levels, with an approach centered on practical learning, group work and creativity. Its music school offers programs for children, young people and adults, including instruction in music production, flamenco, ensembles and professional studies.

The organization’s Centro Superior provides higher-education programs, including degrees in performance and composition for audiovisual media, as well as master’s courses in flamenco and folklore and preparation for entrance examinations. Additional offerings include a diploma in music creation and training in production techniques, supporting musicians who want to develop their own projects and work with music technology.

Through its foundation, active since 2008, Música Creativa also runs educational, cultural and social initiatives that promote inclusion through music. Its activities include festivals, workshops and performance projects. The organization additionally manages municipal music and dance centers, offers extracurricular classes in schools and provides musicians for events.
