Music City Bass is a not-for-profit youth fishing team based in Middle Tennessee, bringing together 32 competitive anglers from 11 schools. Led by coaches and supported by schools and local communities, the team competes in high school bass fishing tournaments, with members earning places in state and national championships. Its work extends beyond competition: Music City Bass promotes respect for nature, environmental conservation, teamwork, and a lasting connection with the outdoors.
As part of Tennessee B.A.S.S. Nation, the organization helps introduce young people to bass fishing and supports the growth of competitive fishing across the state. The team travels throughout the Southeast to promote the sport, with a focus on community involvement and conservation. Participation also gives students opportunities to build personal and collaborative skills and explore educational and career paths connected to fishing.
