Music City Pediatric Concierge

Music City Pediatric Concierge is a direct primary care pediatric practice serving families in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Led by pediatric nurse practitioner Mary Kathryn Oliver, the practice centers care on a lasting, one-on-one relationship between each family and the same provider. Members can reach Mary Kathryn directly by phone, text, or video, with same-day or next-day appointments for urgent concerns, unlimited telehealth visits, and home visits. In-home provider visits are included during the first three months of membership for expectant families.

The practice offers pediatric care through membership options named Emerging Artists for ages 0–5 and Musical Maestros for ages 6–26. Its approach combines evidence-based education and support with shared decision-making tailored to each child’s needs and family preferences. Membership requires a flat monthly fee and provides enhanced access without traditional insurance billing, hidden costs, or copays. Music City Pediatric Concierge accepts patients regardless of insurance status; membership does not replace health insurance. Families may also pay out of pocket for low-cost labs, medications, and imaging.
