Musink Software

Musink is a groundbreaking software package that revolutionizes the process of creating sheet music and MIDI files. Designed by Lee Reid, Musink is the product of 10 years of frustration with existing music software. Unlike other programs, Musink eliminates the time-consuming task of manually laying out music and preselecting note durations.

It is engineered to address the challenges of writing music for multiple voices, making it easier and more efficient for drummers, pianists, choirs, and more. The inspiration behind Musink stems from Lee Reid's personal journey. After developing a debilitating pain disorder, he channeled his passion for music and expertise in neuroscience to create a solution.

Through two years of dedication and 35,000 lines of code, he emerged with Musink, which he believes is the world's fastest way to write music. As a Neuroscientist with a PhD in Bioinformatics/Medical Imaging, Lee Reid has leveraged his scientific background to develop various applications and data analysis pipelines, including a clinical tool for planning brain surgery. His dedication to music and the ocean shines through in every aspect of Musink.
