Mutmachfabrik

Mutmachfabrik is a small training business focused on helping people build confidence, learn practical self-defence and respond more safely to challenging situations. Its courses are adapted to participants’ individual needs and provide a supportive learning environment, with personal attention from an experienced trainer. The trainer has qualifications in prevention, competence training and self-defence, as well as many years of martial arts experience.

The programme includes self-defence courses for women, adults, teenagers and children, and sessions for schools and clubs. For children aged seven and older, training can cover basic defensive techniques, choosing to push rather than hit, resilience and ways to escape dangerous situations. Self-assertion and prevention courses help participants practise setting boundaries, saying no, seeking help and responding to approaches from strangers.

No previous experience or particular level of fitness is required, and courses are suitable for beginners and more experienced participants. Mutmachfabrik also visits schools and kindergartens, arranging programmes with interested institutions.
