Mutterglück-Wesermarsch

Mutterglück-Wesermarsch is the maternity-care and household-support service of Jördis Baron, serving mothers and families in the Wesermarsch region. Its support is tailored to each family’s needs and is available during pregnancy, around birth, throughout the postpartum period and into the baby’s early months. As a Mütterpflegerin, Jördis offers practical help and personal companionship during the transition to parenthood, recognizing that mothers may feel tired, overwhelmed or emotional as well as joyful.

The service aims to support both the mother and her family, helping them manage everyday demands and adjust to life with a newborn. Assistance can include household tasks and guidance with caring for the baby, alongside attentive, individual support for the mother. Mutterglück-Wesermarsch explains how maternity care differs from midwifery and general household help, and provides information about eligibility and costs. In many cases, the support may be partly or fully covered financially. Jördis offers a free initial conversation and can advise families who are unsure about applying for assistance.
