Malaysia UAV Alliance Association (MUVA) is an organization representing businesses and professionals involved in unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), also known as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Its community includes participants from industry, government bodies and academic institutions, and membership is open to people committed to developing the commercial UAS sector safely and responsibly.
MUVA brings stakeholders together to collaborate, advocate, educate, promote industry standards and represent commercial UAS interests to policymakers, regulators and the public. Its work is organized around four areas: Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) flight, regulation, precision agriculture and Urban Air Mobility (UAM). The association supports the development of technologies, policies, best practices and guidance for safe UAS operations. Its focus includes long-range applications such as infrastructure inspection and package delivery, agricultural tools that provide crop data and insights, and urban delivery and transportation.
MUVA also provides education and resources to help operators understand regulatory requirements and conduct effective operations.
