MV-LF

MidtVest Lystfiskerforening (MV-LF) is a Danish angling association for recreational fishing enthusiasts. It offers members access to a broad range of fishing waters along several of Denmark’s well-known rivers, including Skjern Å, Karup Å and Storå. The association is affiliated with Danmarks Sportsfiskerforbund and the respective river associations for Skjern Å, Karup Å and Storå.

Membership brings opportunities to fish, join club activities and use member facilities. The association organizes events for adults and young anglers, including club evenings, youth activities and fishing outings. Its website also provides information on fishing rules, catches, river levels, water temperatures and salmon monitoring. Facilities include cabins and shelters, while boat access is listed for Sunds Sø and Fuglsang Sø; guiding and local accommodation information are also available. MV-LF shares updates about the fishing season, quotas and member offers, and publishes catch statistics. By combining fishing access and practical resources with a varied program of community activities, the association helps members enjoy local waterways and take part in angling together.
