Mounds View Irondale Youth Hockey

Mounds View Irondale Youth Hockey Association (MVIYHA) is a community-based youth hockey organization serving players and teams connected with Mounds View and Irondale. Its mission is to build the culture of Maverick Hockey through participation, volunteer support, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The association aims to help players develop in a positive, supportive, and safe environment at every level.

MVIYHA offers registration, tryouts, a house hockey program, and goalie opportunities, along with teams, tournaments, and events. Families can use the association’s website to find program information, a house hockey guide, team resources, and a seasonal calendar. The organization also provides ways for community members to volunteer and support the program, including through its partnership with the MVI Hockey Foundation, which provides financial support. LiveBarn streaming is available at Shoreview, TCO, and Super Rink for those who want to watch skaters remotely. MVIYHA shares updates through Facebook and Instagram and offers association apparel and sponsor information. Overall, it brings youth hockey, player development, and community involvement together under the Maverick Hockey identity.
