MVT Material Processing Technologies is a Belgian family business specialising in surface treatments since 1988. Now managed by the third generation, the company focuses primarily on electroless nickel plating, also known as chemical or autocatalytic nickel plating. Its services include standard, hard, black, diffused and PTFE electroless nickel coatings, supported by technical advice to help customers select an appropriate solution.

MVT works on both individual components and batch-production projects, serving sectors such as automotive, compressor manufacturing, energy, mechanical engineering and semiconductors. Its plating processes can be applied to materials including steel, cast iron, aluminium, stainless steel, copper and brass alloys.

The company highlights its proprietary nickel baths, developed to support consistent quality, and production capacity for parts up to 4.5 metres long and weighing up to 10 tonnes. MVT says it can handle projects ranging from small components to large pieces, with quotations provided promptly and most projects completed within five business days.
