My Audition

My Audition is an independent hearing care centre in Cognin, near Chambéry, France. Created around a commitment to personal service, the centre offers a welcoming, human-focused approach to hearing health. Audioprothésiste Bénédicte Oudin, who has 20 years of experience, is available Monday to Friday to help clients find support suited to their hearing needs and individual circumstances.

Services include hearing tests, trials of hearing devices, personalised fitting and ongoing follow-up, as well as cleaning, repairs and troubleshooting to help maintain devices throughout their useful life. Device trials are free, and clients decide whether to proceed after a one-month trial. A four-year warranty is included through the centre’s partner providers.

The centre is part of Dyapason, a network of independent hearing professionals committed to technical quality and a personal approach. Its facilities include a sound-insulated testing booth, private consultation space, private parking and access for people with reduced mobility. My Audition also provides dedicated training for care-home staff who support residents in using and managing hearing aids.
