It brings digital machine-management tools together in one place, helping customers access information and services for their equipment whether they are in the office or working in the field. Users can create an account, register their machines and view a digital machine file containing machine data, operator manuals, spare-parts lists and other technical documents.
The portal also provides live machine information when a registered machine is equipped with a GSC box, along with services such as Jobs, Connection Manager, Remote View and a configurator. Customers can search for and order original spare parts through the integrated online shop, and request a service-check appointment online. The portal supports a wide range of GRIMME machines, including access to selected information for machines from model year 2011; older machines can also be added.
Its apps are designed for smartphone use, and GRIMME states that customer data is stored on European servers in compliance with GDPR
