MyLifeMatters

My Life Matters (MLM) is an initiative dedicated to improving opportunities for children and young people with additional support needs, particularly in learning, social-emotional development and language. It also speaks up for their families, who may struggle to secure effective support in schools with limited staffing and resources. Founded by Dr. jur. Christiane Nill-Theobald, MLM promotes the belief that every child deserves a chance to develop their potential and be included as an individual.

The organisation works through three connected areas: its academy, professional consultation and process support, and the Theobald Foundation, which is being established. The academy provides training, while consultation helps families, schools and other stakeholders navigate challenges and coordinate support. Through the foundation, MLM aims to make effective assistance possible when funding would otherwise be a barrier. Networking is central to its approach: the initiative seeks to connect families, educators, medical and therapeutic professionals, psychologists, authorities and other specialists so they can work together.
