My Cloud provides personal cloud hosting for 1C business software, giving companies and professionals remote access to their databases over the internet. Users can connect around the clock from computers, tablets, or smartphones using a browser, thin client, or, on eligible plans, a remote desktop. The service supports common 1C configurations, including Enterprise Accounting, Payroll and HR Management, Retail, and Trade Management, as well as customized configurations based on 1C Enterprise 8.

Plans are priced by user session, with monthly and prepaid options. Depending on the plan, features include automatic updates for standard databases, daily backups, technical support, shared storage, client-server operation, and access to the configurator and Microsoft Office. My Cloud also offers free migration of existing 1C databases, assistance with upgrades, ready-made modules, software customization, and transfers between databases. Additional sessions and databases can be added as business needs change. The service is presented as a way to reduce the need for local software, hardware, maintenance, and update management, while providing scalable access for small businesses, accountants, and organizations with remote teams or multiple offices.
