Myaware is a UK charity dedicated to the care and support of people affected by myasthenia, including their families and carers. It provides information and practical guidance for people at every stage, from diagnosis to living with the condition, and offers resources on myasthenia types, treatments, drugs to avoid and related topics. The charity also supports members through welfare and benefits applications, shares news and awareness materials, and runs opportunities for people to connect, including online events and conferences.

Myaware works to raise public awareness and funds research into the myasthenias, while helping people find relevant medical information through its Medical Resource Centre. Its activities include campaigns, appeals, volunteering and fundraising initiatives, alongside membership services and communications such as MyNews. The charity currently supports around 3,000 people with myasthenia and their families and carers, and reports spending more than £1.
