Its offerings include pregnancy courses and pregnancy yoga, as well as birth-preparation workshops for expectant parents and their partners. Baby Bliss also provides private guidance, support for pregnancy-related fears, and coaching for pregnancy after miscarriage. Clients can receive help creating a personal birth plan and preparing for the choices they may face during labour.

Doula support is available during pregnancy, birth and for at least six weeks after the baby arrives. This service offers a familiar, continuous presence and physical and emotional support for the birthing person and their partner. Baby Bliss emphasizes getting to know clients in advance so it can understand their preferences and help them feel at ease. The website also shares client reviews and contact details for enquiries.
