MyBodyTutor is a health and fitness coaching brand focused on helping people build consistency and achieve lasting change. Founded in 2007, it provides one-to-one coaching, daily check-ins, and personal accountability for people who know what to do but struggle to follow through. Its approach goes beyond short-term dieting, focusing on mindset, psychology, and habits to make healthier behaviors more sustainable.

The program includes personalized meal plans built around each client’s preferences and circumstances, along with exercise plans designed to fit individual goals and schedules. Coaches offer ongoing, human-to-human support and help clients develop practical routines rather than rely on a one-size-fits-all plan or willpower alone. MyBodyTutor offers weight loss, productivity, and GLP-1 coaching, and emphasizes behavior change whether clients use medication or pursue their goals without it. The brand also provides a health and fitness personality quiz, articles, podcasts, and success stories. MyBodyTutor states that its coaching is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee and presents its service as a partnership for building healthier habits and maintaining progress over time.
