My Brother's Workshop is a registered non-profit charitable corporation based in the Virgin Islands. Their mission is to provide hope, faith, and purpose to at-risk and high-risk young people in the USVI. They achieve this by offering a range of services and programs, including mentoring, counseling, paid job training, education, and job placement.

The organization focuses on youth aged 16-24 who have dropped out of school, are marginally literate, and live in poverty or are homeless. Many of these individuals have been involved in gang or gang-related activities or have a juvenile criminal record. My Brother's Workshop offers a variety of workshops, including woodworking, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry, as well as job training in hospitality and tourism.

They also provide online high school programs for students to obtain accredited diplomas. Additionally, counseling services are available for specific issues such as anger management, domestic violence, and substance abuse. Volunteer opportunities are abundant within the organization, and they welcome individuals who want to contribute their skills and talents to transform the lives of these young people.

Since 2007, My Brother's Workshop has been dedicated to creating brighter futures for at-risk youth, and they rely on the support of donors, volunteers, and the community to continue their impactful work
