As a complement to TV One, CLEO TV is solely owned by Urban One, the largest multimedia company in the country catering primarily to Black, urban, and millennial audiences. Derived from Cleopatra, one of history's most influential women, CLEO TV offers high-quality content that challenges and defies negative cultural stereotypes often associated with modern women.
