About Erica Dinho
My Colombian Recipes is the ultimate destination for authentic Colombian cuisine, created by Erica Dinho. Born and raised in Medellin, Colombia, Erica's passion for cooking and sharing her culture shines through in her recipes. She offers a diverse range of dishes from traditional Colombian cuisine to international favorites, all with step-by-step instructions and stunning color photos.
The blog, established in 2009, was inspired by Erica's maternal grandmother, who instilled in her a love for cooking without recipes. My Colombian Recipes aims to introduce people to Colombian food and culture and to keep Erica connected to her heritage. In addition to recipes, Erica has published a cookbook and welcomes readers' and followers' comments and feedback.
With a devoted husband as the webmaster, My Colombian Recipes is driven by Erica's dedication to providing delicious, home-cooked meals for her American family and friends. Whether you're exploring Colombian dishes or seeking new international flavors, My Colombian Recipes has something for everyone
