My Community Directory is a health promotion charity that aims to facilitate positive social change by providing access to quality community information. They offer two platforms, My Community Directory and My Community Diary, which serve as a common platform for Health and Community Services organizations to list their services online for free. These platforms also provide up-to-date data for planning, referral, and research purposes.

My Community Diary integrates with the My Community Directory platform to link information together, allowing organizations to advertise local events and activities to a broad audience within their local government area also for free. With tens of thousands of public visits per month and numerous government and NGO member organizations accessing their data, My Community Directory and My Community Diary are at the forefront of Australia's digital infrastructure for addressing public health challenges. The mission of My Community Directory is to create networks and shared resources, support the community sector in managing information, provide key resources connecting communities across regions, operate as a not-for-profit organization, and ensure that resources belong to all its members in the community.

They are currently the administrator and provider for Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia, and Volunteering ACT is their provider for the Australian Capital Territory
